Written by Liz Moorehead | Aug 7, 2024 5:19:05 PM

Welcome to part two of our conversation about health, one of the 10 pillars of the Superhuman Framework. Last week, we started our journey with this topic by discussing mental health.

In this episode, we flip the script and discuss the importance of physical health. Because, as George shared in our initial episode about the Superhuman Framework, health is the great equalizer, emphasizing that everyone needs to prioritize their health regardless of their circumstances.

We explore the impact of privilege on access to healthcare and the need for personal ownership of one's health. George talked more deeply about his recent hospital stay, and how it served as a wake-up call for him to prioritize his physical health and live without pain. He revealed the changes he's made to his diet and the focus on gut health. He also pulled back the curtain on his personal experience of making dietary and lifestyle changes to improve his health and reduce pain.
